    The Kelly Winter Access are the best bang for your buck on winter tires! They handle very well in all weather conditions. Treadwear seems to be excellent for being a softer tread compound. Tread is also aggressive, but still quiet on dry pavement. They did awesome in the Iowa winter. They are also studdable for if you drive in a lot of icy conditions . Work great on a front wheel drive V8 car.
